box set

This is a music box set for Jason Mraz. His music is laid back and relaxed; he speaks of grand ideas such as improving the world through love, joy and harmony.

I worked with all of his five albums and chose to work with cool colors to capture the essence of a relaxing ambiance. With the use of watercolors I painted all the splatters used throughout the box set. The cds rest in pockets that resemble the shape of waves. The format I picked was to mimic his motive of spreading everything out to others.
