This was a group project I had in college. Our team had to identify a social group that was underserved in the digital marketplace. Based upon our research, we developed a proposal for a service that was tailored to the chosen user group. The service included touch-points; users were offered several methods of interacting with the service. We found that there was a lack of information regarding pet related services. For those who travel frequently, having this information via a mobile device was handy.
The app allowed the user to compare prices among the different services found, find pet friend places, learn about the different pet policies, find pet-related services (vets, pet stores, hospitals, etc) and find the every location easily with the interactive map. Services: mobile app, email campaign subscription, and a brochure.
